Utility work on Cleveland Road

Okay folks which utility are they doing on Cleveland School Road? I know it started by the ST Wooten Corp. It started at what I would call a sub station. Is it electrical? And where is it going to? Thanks

 

The piping and flagging indicate natural gas.

 

The only thing remaining to make the shoulders worse to run on; the railroad!

 

Is that why where it originates from it looks like there is some sort of smoke stack?

 

Sort of. Its a pressure manifold. Thats where you plug into.
