Very Serious Motorcycle Accident

My husband just called and told me a friend of his was in a very bad motorcycle accident today in Raleigh. He was in one of the rides for the bikefest, and he lost control on the slippery roads. He's in a coma and is in critical condition. Everyone please say a prayer for him, he's had a lot of tough things happen in his life lately, he needs all the prayers he can get. :cry::cry::cry:

My heart and PRAYERS go out to him. I've been a ride in many bikefest and have had a few close calls. I'm going to Ray Price's today and will find out more there. EVERYONE PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR HIM!!! :cry:

I have a lot of friends riding in Raleigh this weekend. Please keep this gentleman as well as all of riders in your prayers.

 

My hubby was going to originally ride yesterday as well, but decided against it because of the weather. And I was supposed to ride down there this afternoon with him, but won't be doing that now either. His son (pre-teen/teenage) was riding with him, but guess he was fine. Strange how things happen. Last night he was in a coma with hemmorging (sp?) on the brain, hubby is there now visiting, haven't heard anymore today.

Thanks everyone. It's not looking good, hubby called about an hour ago and he may not make it, and if he does he'll be on life support for the rest of his life.

 

I think I just got an email about this person. If your friend is in real estate, I know him myself. So sad. :cry:

Yep, that's him. :cry: Definitely not good. Hubby spent a lot of time at the hospital today. He has 2 (?) kids, it's just a very sad time for them.

 

I'm very sorry to read this. Thoughts and prayers for him and his family.

 

I can't imagine. I used to see him pretty often, definitely a larger than life kind of guy. :cry:
