We're considering doing both of these to our house. We've gotten about 4 estimates :banghead: stuff's expensive! Recommendations anyone?
Well I need old windows. :lol: So if any of you get new windows, I'll take about 4 or 5 of your old storm windows off your hands. I would tell you what I need them for but I'd be embarrassed!

recommend The Aluminum Company of NC. (919)620-8500 They replaced some windows and 2 doors for us. Easy to work with and did a nice job.
I saw a house in Clayton near the vet being done on Friday by Kingsford 688-5006 I haven't heard of them but they had a very neat and organized worksite. And it looked to be a very good installation. I'm going to call them myself next week for an estimate. I have already had Robco out since they did the original siding on the house and they are high. We aren't crazy about the installation, one of the reasons we are looking to redo the house.
