On April 14, 2005, representatives from the Visiting International Faculty (VIF) Program, Inc. hosted a virtual job fair for Johnston County Schools' principals. Thanks to digital technology, when candidates are interviewed and selected to participate in the VIF program, they are videotaped answering questions regarding their experience and their desire to be cultural ambassadors in the US. These videoclips, along with electronic applications, are available to administrators through the virtual job fair.
