Every few weeks I get this pop up to install a VPN. I found out its just a way to send pop up ads to my desk top. I looked in add/remove programs but it is not there for me to uninstall. Where would I go to permanently get rid of this pop up? TIA
To be 100% sure, Id reinstall windows and everything else. Youve a virus on there. Otherwise, malwarebytes.
