The teen driving drunk and wrecked his car killing his friend got 5 months in jail . Is this a fare punishment? I am kinda confused . Is this what you get for driving and drinking now? I have heard he wasn't legally drunk but I also heard he left his friend there to die so he wouldn't get in trouble. Is this a fare punishment? It seams kinda light punishment to me. I also wonder if he got off so easily because his family is well off , I have heard people are saying that.

    Oh, I didn't know that.

I think its sad all around. I don't think he should have got hard time but maybe something more. I know he has to live with what he did forever but at the same time he walked away from his friend thats so wrong imo . I couldn't walk away from a cat or dog if they were hurt but someone who I called my friend , just walk away. I think its sad .

I think he should have gotten more time. Drinking and driving is a very very dumb thing to do!. I have seen alot of that around here. It's should be common sense not to drink and drive but there seems to be a lot of idots that do it.:-(
