I saw this ad looking for help in finding this person: "Description I'm still looking for this person with this email address: One2manycjones@aol.com She took my money over 2 years ago for a Christmas order of monogramed towels for my grandchildren. I still do not have the money back or the towels. Please if anyone knows the whereabout of this person, please let me know." I googled the e-mail address and found this info on a pageant website: Name: Marissa Jones Roseboro, NC Phone: 919-639-8277 e-mail: one2manycjones@aol.com Wasn't there a woman who kept posting on 4042 about pageants who was always looking for free stuff or constantly selling stuff?
Looking for this Person: Yes, that's her, now to find her is another thing..........thank you so much.................
Yeah i remember the pageant thing too but asking for freebies don't remember. Just curious, if you have her name and email can you not google her and find her address or some other info to be able to contact her for your money back??
Looking I've now found this person. I have the name, address and phone number....I've been trying for 2 years to get this solved. I just don't think it's right for her to cash my check and not give me my order.... But all the emails I got yesterday, I definitely am not the only person she has done this to.
Had a person do me like that one time. She ran a small gift type store in Fuquay, she saw some of my stuff and said she's like to sell it in her store. I visited her store, took her some things, discussed prices, I would get paid each month from what she sold. About 2 mths went by and I didn't hear anything from her, when I checked, she'd closed her store! I had her home info so I called her, left several msgs, she never returned my calls, when I finally got her on the phone she said she'd never gotten my msgs. Then tells me she's been going to the flea market to sell off her mechandise and that she would be sending me a check for my stuff. Another month went by and nothing, called her, more excuses. Had a lawyer friend help me send her a letter, sent it by registered mail, it was returned unable to deliver....she probably refused ........anyway I NEVER got my money or my merchandise back!
I looked into it at the time (several yrs ago now), but there is cost involved in filing, I think it was a little over $100. I didn't have good written records and I honestly didn't think it was worth the hassle. Its on her conscience that she's a thief.
I'm checking into the small claims court as we speak....I have all of my emails from her from two years ago. Hope to get this solved soon...Thanks everyone for your help.................
