Friday afternoon my son went to Bojangles on Hwy 70 in Clayton after school. While he was in Bojangles, someone cut his exhaust pipe off. I can't think of why anyone would want to take it other than it was chrome. They clearly did a bad job and we will need to replace the whole muffler. Be on the lookout...

Wow. In broad daylight. I can only imagine how frustrating that is. :banghead: I'm sure you reported it to the police? I wonder if there's been more like that? Can they sell it for scrap? That just blows my poor mind. Why would someone do that? I'm sorry. Bummer.

They probably thought it was a cataylatic convertor. There has been a sharp rise in cat convertor thefts based on the $ values in the titanium that is sold for scrap. Or they just needed a muffler???????? This post should be in discussion group.

My brother had his cut off both his vehicles at night while he was sleeping. They slid under the trucks and cut them off.

Lesson learned for those with chrome tips: Back up into a parking space close to the restaurant.

Probably a random act or maybe somebody from his school that just doesn't like the way he parts his hair or curls his mouth when he smiles. You know how stuff like that is in high school. For all you do, there's always somebody that doesn't particularly like you.
