The annual spring Waverly Point Yard Sale date is ..... (drum roll, please!) .... Saturday, April 4th. (per a recent flyer circulated in the sub division)
For anyone who's never gone, how big does it typically get? I've also never been in Waverly Point, so I have no idea how big the subdivision is.

From 4042... Keep going straight on 42 towards CVS, pass the Draft House, up the hill, Left onto 50 (at stop light), second Rd to the right (can't remember the name - BEFORE Chadbourne Subd), Waberly is down on your left OR you can continue straight and enter down around the corner as well. Wavery Point signs are at both entrance.
It is a HUGE yard sale, most of the homeowners participate and there is such a variety of stuff. I have family that lives out there and have gone in the past and was impressed
++ The S/D sorta wraps around the back of the LOWES FOODS s/s. It is HUGE, IT IS A BIG ++ DEAL FOR US deal HUNTERS & FINDERS!!

For those interested in this sub-division's annual spring yard sale .... go to waverlypointyardsale.com You'll find information from last year's yard sale and newly posted information about this year's yard sale. Be sure and stop back to the website periodically because participating homeowners will have their sales posted for public viewing. There's also information about marketing and sponsoring the yard sale. Everyone has a garage so the sale is typically held rain or shine. If you know someone who lives in the sub-division, ask to "borrow" thier driveway and participate!!!!
Just a reminder ... the yardsale is this weekend. It looks like there are lots of yardsales this weekend. Mt. Zion Church, just up from Waverly Point is having a youth yardsale. According to the 4042.com calendar ther are some other neighborhood yardsales going on also.
