Wow...Sprint really knows how to drum up business, eh? Most companies compete for customers...but not Sprint.

Well that's a good way to get out of their crappy contracts. Maybe I should have tried that! :p

Ya'll know why..... because when you call Nextel/Sprint and complain and or tell them that you are leaving their company so many times about your bill, they give you credit after credit after credit. My old roomate use to pull this trick and after awhile ended up with 1000 minutes for 29.99 a month and i cant even tell you how much credit on her future bills!!!

GarnerGirl is right. After awhile it is not worth the time and patience to put up with customers like that. They are losing money

Keep in mind they dropped the whiners who the exact reason your call cannot be answered by an available customer service representative for close to 20 minutes.

According to Sprint, many of these customers were contacting customer service 40-50 times a month. Who would do that? If you have that big of a problem, go with another provider.

Seriously, I hate Sprint, but I can't blame them. Sometimes you just can't make certain people happy and better to cut your losses. Sounds to me like it was some folk's hobby to call and complain.

Knowing Sprint, they'll drop these customers, then charge them the early termination fee cause they're still in contract.

Nope, the article I read said they had 30 days to switch to a new carrier and keep their old number and that there wouldn't be any termination fees.

Sure, the article said it, but Sprint has never met a promise they couldn't break.

I thought Sprint was bad but then came Embarq . Embarq sucks I hate them people. I think its the same people. They keep wanting me to switch to their high speed but I heard bad things about their high speed .If their high speed is the same as their phone services they can keep it.
