...itty bitty tooth popping thru! (ok, I don't, but 4 month old Little bit does).

When Mini Me was teething, I used to freeze a washcloth and give it to her to chew on, but it seems like to me, that she was a bit older than 4 months. LB is not crazy about the teething rings and would much rather chew on my fingers or hers. Any magic teething suggestions?

Frozen crinkle cut french fries...for a few minutes at the time...they work wonders until they go soggy...

Hmm, I would have never thought of that. I guess you just have to be real careful that they don't break off in their mouths, but that sounds like a good idea...

Geeze girl, she is whizzin' on up in age now ain't she!!!
With all the fussin' baby kookoo puff does, along with the drooling you would figure she had about 10 teeth coming in at one time. But NOPE not even the faintest red gummies or anything! But she sure is funny as all get out when she tries to bite my finger with the most serious face and force! If she did have some teeth boy oh boy would she do some damage. LOL

The corner of the rag thing I did with the older one, too kookoo puff...not so much. She does like on the other hand this vibrating star that I had from when the tot was little. And it still works, amazingly! When they bite on it, it has a very soft humming vibrate. Got it at wal-marts but it wasn't cheap... like 6 or 8 bucks for one measly toy that once I got... is worth it's weight in gold. :) I think target sells'm too.

Last time I saw the doctor I was told May 25th. However, I'd be happy if she came any time now :) I can't wait to meet her.

I had one of those things for my little one. It was great because you can put most anything in it. Especially fruit and not worry about the little ones choking. I used it for grapes, cantelope and watermelon. It's a little messy cleaning the junk out of the mesh. I think I found it at Target or drove up to the Babies R Us store.

Well back in my day, we just stuck a rock in their mouths and told em to suck on it;) J/K but i remember doing the frozen fries thing a couple times but the best we had in the day were those rings that you froze.

    Koo,(and everyone else)

I found those things at Target, and I have a banana in the freezer to test drive it with.

I still may go back to the frozen washcloth.....

    Stay tuned.

I think in theory, it's a good idea. She was so tired and ill last night by the time I gave it to her that it didn't go so well. She knawed on it for a few minutes but got mad because she couldn't seem to cram it in her mouth far enough.

I wound up giving her some tylenol and walking around with her till she calmed down. We'll try it again before she gets frusterated.
