Saturday night my family went to play Bingo out at West Johnston. The playing cards were very inexpensive. I believe we payed $11 for 8 playing cards so my family of 3 could play. My son absolutely loved it. He got to go pick prizes from the table twice. The evening was much less expensive than taking the family to the movies ... but I think my son enjoyed it more because it was a change of pace. If you have elementary age children ... this is really a fun, inexpensive way to spend the evening. (Food was available ... Soft Drinks,Pizza, Nachos, Hotdogs, chips and baked goods). A 50/50 raffle was also held ... but sadly no one in my family won the money.
Thanks for the Bingo plug!! I'm glad it was an enjoyable evening for your family as that is what we want it to be, a fun family night. To everyone that comes to Bingo or supports the WJHS band in any way (I'm not talking just financially) we really do appreciate it!!
