West Johnston High School is having a Parent Night on January 30, 2007 @ 6:30 p.m. There will be three parent sessions to choose from: Parents of Seniors: Nancy Beasley, Campbell University financial aid director, will be presenting information about financial aid and how to get money for college. The presentation will be held in the auditorium. Parents of Students who took the PSAT: Information on the PSAT and how to interpret your child’s score will also be presented during Parent Night. In addition, parents will receive an overview of the Advanced Placement program and learn which AP classes are offered at West Johnston. The PSAT/AP presentation will take place in the cafeteria. Parents of Latino Students: Donna Weaver, the CFNC (College Foundation of North Carolina) Spanish Coordinator will present information to Latino families on preparing and applying for college. The session will be held in the media center. A pizza dinner will be provided from 5:30-6:15 in the West Johnston High School cafeteria. Please join us!
