i saw that on the local news this am but they didn't specify what part of VA it was born in, thanks for clearing it up, i was curious.
They say in the report that it's perfectly healthy aside from the head, and earlier I read in an article they might move the calf to a vetrinary school where it can be looked after better and studied as well. It says it was the result of artificial insemination too.... I agree.. poor thing..
