What is a "Cotton Candy" church but one that teaches that "sins" we commit are but "mistakes" we make and that is ok as long as we participate in their compassionate service programs. Think about it. Isn't this the case where you attend?
Have you visited every single church within a 25-30 mile radius of your house? Are you telling me that there is not one single church that is good enough for you to attend and they're all "bubble gum" churches. :?
Huh? You ask this... I ask this... You ask this... I think my question has everything to do with this thread. You have said you don't belong to a church, and by your very first post you are implying that all the churches we attend are "cotton candy" churches... how do you know they're all "bubble gum" if you haven't visited every single one of them? Ormly, if you can't find a church within 25 miles of your house, something is wrong... but I don't think it is with all the churches. :?
Does your question not assume that all of the churches we attend are as described? How would you know if that were the case, without attending all of those churches?
Oops, Ready, I see you posted the same thing while I was messing around with the formatting & still not getting it right! Do you think Ormly just might be a concern troll? Peace & Love, Pat
Sorry, that is not in this thread topic. Again, sorry, I asked a question that should lead one to make a comparison. None of this has a thing to do with me. I never said they are. Read. I asked what one was and if yours filled the bill. BTW, How far do you travel to church?
I don't understand your agenda on here, Ormly. I think a Christian who can't find a church that is good enough to worship at, yet wants to lead Bible studies is potentially dangerous. Ready... out!
You really cant figure out the agenda? Come on, think about it. It was evident on the very first post they ever made. What is it that we supposedly are not allowed to feed around here?
