What is being built in front of Target?

    Wow that was fast, you guys are great on here, I usually forget to come here to find things out! Thanks so much for the info, that has been driving me CRAZY to know what they were buliding! I want an Old Navy and Toy's R Us out there!! But more resturants are nice too!
