Whats being built between the Urgent Care and Son-Lan offices over on Rt 42?

Since they have filed chapter 11 I guess they had to downsize it

I wonder if they will pattern it after the Applebees in Smithfield and Garner.
The old Give em poor service, cold food and a messed up order system is pretty successful.
