Hubby is working this weekend coming up at the Home Show, and I will be stuck home with 3 boys for long hours with nothing to do! Saturday is little one's b-day, so I'd like to do something fun that day. Does anyone know anything going on around the area, any festivals or events? I saw the post about Toys R Us, might check that out, and thinking about Pullen Park, depending on the weather. Any other cool ideas? Appreciate it!
I assume you mean Benson? I've actually never been, but heard it gets kinda crazy there. Is that something a woman alone with 3 kids should be going to? My oldest went once with his grandparents a couple years ago and loved it. (it's right up his alley)
I think Fuquay Varina is having their Downtown festival next weekend. Seems like I heard it was the last Saturday in September. We went last year and had a great time, they had an antique car show, lots of street vendors, got to browse the downtown antique stores. Anyone else heard about this?
