Something's not quite right about the story. The guy was crossing the street in his wheelchair when the truck too off and started pushing him from the back? I would think that the truck would have struck the wheelchair on the side and knocked him over.
I was thinking about that, too, but the truck could have hit the wheelchair at an angle & caused it to swivel around so the back was toward the truck. That guy has used up all his luck!
