Throughout the week there will be carnival rides, cotton candy, funnel cakes and more. Saturday will be the festival highlight with arts & crafts, an antique car show and live entertainment throughout the day. Sponsored by Clayton Area Chamber of Commerce.

It's just what they call it when there's going to be several food trucks in one place, they're not roping calves or anything :lol:

 

LOL I figured either it was a bunch of the food trucks in a race or a competition to see which one has the best food.
