Everyone has worked with a coworker from h&%. But have any of you worked with one that seems to get all the rewards and perks from the company. I work in an office setting and the this person is a bear to work with and the customers love her. I want some advice on how to deal with her. I bought a book from Barnes and Noble about how to get along with annoying coworkers and read it on my lunch break in front of her and she didn't even get a clue. any thing you can offer would be great twitch
I worked with a real ******** a long time ago (yes, he was even worse than I). I borrowed a paperback from someone that had Dinosaur Brains in the title. It was about countering their BS with thoutful responses rather than emotional reactions (from the "dinosaur brain"). It was realy good. there are quite a few self-help books out there on how to deal with difficult situations and/or people in the work place. Happy hunting, and I wish you the best.
