Where can I get a copy and fax access?

My WageWorks account is driving me up the wall. I need too make copies of a few receipts, one of which is yellow - doesn't copy well, and fax them to the company. Fax and snail mail. Maybe they will get off my ***. My printer/scanner isn't compatible with my new computer so I can't do it from home. I did a search for copies and got two irrelevant threads.

Isn't there a copy center type place 'round here?
