Need some recommendations on where to get car aligned around here. Walmart doesn't do it and I was told that Massey's in Selma is really good but unfortunately they are not open on Saturday and this is something I have to do on the weekend. Also, if the vehicle is a 4 wheel drive does that mean you have to have a 4 wheel alignment? Thanks!
If you don't mind a trip to Raleigh, Atlantic Ave. Tire at Harrod St. and Atlantic Ave. is open to (I think) 3:00 on Saturday. I have entrusted them with my vehicles' tires and alignment for about 15 years and they always do a good job. Never have I been disappointed with that aspect of their service. The owners name is Richard. As for the 4x4 question, I'm not sure. I would think it would have more to do with what kind of suspension your vehicle has rather than whether or not it is 4WD or 2WD. If you have a solid rear axle, generally you don't have to have an alignment. If you have rear independent suspension, its a greater possibility.
I think TAG on Cleveland Road does them and is open on the weekends. That is usually where dh takes our cars. They've always been quick and friendly. There's a discount for MU members, but it's nominal.
I think TAG mentioned in an earlier different post that they send their cars up the road to Just Tires for the alignment?
