Where to take broken fax machine?

Does anyone know where I can take a broken fax machine to get rid of it (legally). I was told that you cannot put them in dumpsters, etc. any longer.

 

to the dump on barber mill road. they have a place there to recycle electronics

 

Do I need to have a dump sticker to do that?

 

You do not need a sticker to recycle. Only to dump trash in the dumpsters.
