I'm so tired or googling to try and find out what is on one of my shrubs! It's a white powdery looking fungus that is all over the branches, but NOT the leaves. It's killed half of my shrub (poor thing looks pathetic).

Anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it???? HELP!!!
