Why do we have to switch between Explorer and others to look at certain sites? It really is annoying to have to do that.

Apparently some browsers don't allow users to see a section titled
    "PC Help Desk".

I choose Firefox... I just seem to like it better... seems to have more choices of ad-ons and runs a little better to me.

The other thing you can do is to install add-on on firefox that allow you to switch to the IE rendering engine for site that do not display in firefox.
What the add-on do is opening IE within your firefox tab... I think there are several versions of the add-on (IE Tab2....plus and so so).
