Where is Larkwood Lane, in The Meadows of Southfort Plantation, being extended to? Is this going to be a new road out of the area other than using Black Angus Drive? I was driving around today and saw this new extension.
Do you mean they are finally going to finish that neighborhood? Those dirt roads have existed for years. But I thought the new interchange on I40 at Cornwallis was going to need some of that land.
Probably new subdivision extension, maybe to connect with some of the other roads I see on your map there. Ive seen it done before, years later a new connecting subdivision to an old one.
Considering a Church is being built/been built at the intersection of 40 and Cornwallis I highly doubt an interchange would be built there now...
