My water is doing something funky! Any help or info would be appreciated... When prompted by turning on the sink or flushing the toilet or running a bath the water goes on but sounds like the pressure varies from hard to not so hard to hard to not so hard....

THEN - if you use two water sources, say start laundry while someones in the shower, the water just stops working alltogther and someone has to go out to the well and flip some little switch thing on this other little pressure gauge thing (i know, I am so knowledgeable on this stuff)

    help?

Sounds like you are losing pressure. Have you checked your pressure tank (is that what it's called?)

That is what it's called, and that's just what I thought.

I think you need to call a plumber. A licensed plumber who knows what he or she is doing. I have no idea what big thing sits outside your well, but if you have a well, you probably also have a pressure tank to equalize the pressure. The pressure tank holds water and air, with a bladder in between. This keeps your water pressure steady, so the pressure doesn't drop off when the pump cuts off and surge when the pump starts up again. This is what kdc and I think the problem is, but we're not plumbers. It might cost you a little money to get a plumber out there, but it might save you a lot of time, trouble and money in the long run.
