wreck at 40/42

    Clayton, N.C. — One person was killed Wednesday morning in a wreck on westbound Interstate 40 in Johnston County, authorities said.
    The wreck involving a tractor-trailer and a vehicle occurred shortly before 9 a.m. near the N.C. Highway 42 exit off I-40, authorities said.
    No other details were immediately available.

    Couldn't WRAL give at least a description of the car?

    I heard about this on the radio. So sad.

    I narrowly missed this. I was running a little late this morning and went through the area around 8:45.

    I do wonder if it was anyone I know.
