:banghead: WHY can they NOT realize in these abundance of fashion magazines like..oh let's say......Victoria Secret.....that the majority of women in the world are NOT bean poles and that full figured gals need some props too! There ARE other types of women in the world, not just these little skinny minnies..... ok.............rant over
Try walking into a VS store and ask for any size over D. They'll give you a dumb look as if they've never heard of bras that size and tell you they don't carry them. Or they will ignore you entirely.:roll::roll::roll: <---hates VS! Hubby bought me a VS bra for Christmas and it's pretty and all but it is about as comfortable as saran wrap & zip ties. Give me a playtex or Bali ANY DAY!
what really kills me is the Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, even though they advertise plus sizes, like the biggest you see their merchandise on is a size 14. How about a real size 18 or 20 model? Let see what that looks like on a real plus size model and not someone who is borderline XL. :?
My sister works for Aeropostale. Cute clothes, can't wear 'em. They are made for pre-teen twigs apparently. I get flip flops and the occasional tote bag from there. Drives me crazy.
That's funny. I went there and bought a camisole thinking it would fit fine. I think it would actually fit my 7 year old daughter. I usually wear a 4/6 and those clothes are way too small.
And girls with GyyyyNORMOUSE boobs that hate them, i wish i could give them away!!! 2 back surgeries and they still wont take them away! it costs a fourtune to bye a size f, not to mention trying to find one that doesnt look like a nun made it. sorry feeling sorry for my self.
I just took my daughters out shopping today. I found it very difficult to find modest girls clothing for girls who are not twigs. The style is the shirts that come in tight at the waist and have low neck lines. Thank goodness for Lands End and Sears... although they are on the expensive side.
