Man Accused Of Having Child Porn On Computer The FBI and Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 26 year-old man on multiple charges Wednesday afternoon following a raid at his home.* Matthew Kenneth Popke of Sunrise Drive, Garner was arrested on 12 counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor after a search warrant was executed at his home.* Sheriff’s Captain A.C. Strickland said Popke is accused of having multiple images of child pornography on a computer and other electronic devices.* Popke was placed in the Johnston County Jail under a $750,000 bond.
