Anyone have a Michaels Coupon? I need to purchase at least 30 sheets of inket transfer paper to create iron-ons an upcoming class field trip. If anyone has ever priced transfer paper - did you see any local stores that sold ink-jet transfer paper cheaper? I did see that I could purchase the transfer paper on-line but due to time constraints, it would be better if I could just run out to a local store and pick some transfer paper up. Thanks for Your Help
I just realized I could print 40% off A.C.Moore coupon's from A.C.Moore's website. I believe Michael's honors competitors coupons.
Hey sweetie~ I'm not going to Michael's this week. If there was a coupon in the paper this weekend, I still have it. PM me if you need it. Frogger
Thank you soooo much for the coupon offers According to Michael's website, there weren't any coupons in this weeks paper. I really appreciate your offers though
Yup, found that out last night when I went thru the paper. I'll let you know if I get a coupon in the mail this week. Usually comes Wed or Thurs. Frogger
Thanks for the offer - but I made a trip to Michael's last night and bought transfer paper. They let me use the A.C. Moore coupon I printed from the internet. Folks sure are generous and helpful on this thread. Thanks Everyone for being sooooo wonderful!!!!!
I got this tip on Michael's Coupons from an employee there. I went to a hairbow making class (very fun) and she said you get 20% on anything purchased for that class during the day. She also mentioned that if there is a coupon in the paper, and you forgot yours, that you can just tell the checkout person, and they will write down your name and info on a list. I tried it on another visit, and they didn't have a coupon in the paper that week...but that person confirmed you can do it. Jan
Jan~ I'd be careful banking on the forgotten coupon thing. That used to be their practice, then I guess it got abused. They stopped it for quite awhile. If they're doing it again, then it's recent. As an aside, don't p' off the manager or step on any fragile toes around there. You'll never be granted absolution and life will suck going there. Almost worth the trip to the big AC Moore in Raleigh... :? Frogger
I agree, if they've started this practice again, it must be recent. I forgot mine at home (was in there a few weeks ago) and was told they don't have any flyers in the store with the coupon in it. No offer was made to record my "forgotten" coupon. So, I ended up going to Carolina Pottery to get the plants (artificial) I wanted. The Pottery's plants were cheaper than the ones at Michaels--even if I had used a coupon to buy them.
I went to Michaels at White Oak last night and tried to use an AC Moore coupon off the internet (which I've done many, many times) and they told me they wouldn't honor them anymore. I argued over it but they would not give in. In my lil 'ol opinion, Michaels sucks. They are way too high. If we had an AC Moore around here Michaels would close down!
For future, if anyone needs it, here is the best website for retail coupons. I use them all the time! http://wow-coupons.com/all-printable-retail-coupons.php
