If you want items like the Boston Butt (just love the name....), you can ask inside. They don't have them in the truck this time, and they weren't in the case when we went in. They'll cut them in quarters, which is the perfect size for our family of 6!
Speaking of Boston Butt - you can make that into BBQ!!! Did that about 3 weeks ago and it was REALLY good!!!!
Yes maam!! We cook one for about 18 hours on the Big Green Egg...................yum! Got one of those in the freezer too! Need to cook it!
i spent way too much money yesterday but got enough meat to last me at least 4 or 5 months - working on the Food Saver now to freeze it all:-D
