Well, I called Logan's Roadhouse.

I asked in very generic terms, did not want names or anything specific which might have raised legal issues.

They did not, nor cannot, release any information in that reguard.

Not sure where CTurtle got his/her information, but it wasn't from anyone at Logan's. If said server was fired, only that person and Logan's management would know, and Logan's ain't talking.

Well, if this is his first offense, (or the first time he got caught) and he hasn't been to trial yet, his name would not be on the sex offender site - not until and unless he's convicted, right? Still, there should be something in the archives at the Smithfield Herald, or something in the news somewhere, besides that one item that was posted in that old thread. I have heard of an incident in Lee Trace, and the address given in that article was in that S/D, but it still seems strange that we can't find his name on Google. I wonder if they have the name wrong? Or if some other form of his name was used in the news reports?

 

She said his court date was June...it would show up in the courts.....but it doesn't!
