From what I understand, may be wrong but now days when someone calls your previous employer they can't say anything about you, they can only say if he worked there or not, he may have not have gotten fired from previous places, maybe he quit and Logans had no reason to question him, but now there are complaints and they call the previous employers to see if there were any other concerns that they could remember about this guy. I don't know all of the details just that the concerns have been confirmed legit.
