I got hit 4 times on Tuesday night while driving on Cornwallis between Old Drug Store Rd and Cleveland Middle School at around 10:45pm. It was dark and I didn't see anyone or pass any cars on the road. I think the shots were fired near the bridge that goes over the creek. The shots were all fired from the same gun. It sounded like a rock or tree limb fell on my van, but then I noticed a blob on my windshield. Got home and found four neon yellow hits - one one the windshield and 3 on the driver-side near the back of the van. The paint came off with window cleaner. Luckily it was paint and not bullets....
I would file a police report in case others have been reported, or reported in the future - did you take pictures of the damage?
:iagree: Maybe that would put a patrol car somewhere in the vicinity to look for the arsewipes that are doing it.
You might need to report it. I hope it didn't dent it. Those things come out with some force behind them. I would of had to turn around and look someone with the law!
