I recently saw an ad for a gas station offering 5% discounts or something along those lines if you used their gas card. We have a small business that requires a lot of travel ... thus using a LOT of fuel. I know some fuel companies offer fleet discounts but really there are only 3 vehicles using fuel regularly related to our business. If any of you have researched gas card options ... what have you found to be the best deal? As always, thanks for your info :)

We got one of the BP cards. We get 10% back on BP gas for the first 90 days then 5% back. We only use it for gas but you can get other rebates for other shopping. You have to have good credit to qualify for the 10/5 % deal. My DH travels for work and last month our total gas bill was $925 so that was $92.50 we can have in a rebate check or in free gas cards. The BP on 42 across from West Clayton Elem usually has good prices $3.75 yesterday.

I have used a BP Chase VISA card for ages. (Of course I pay it off EVERY MONTH)... you do get a bit more back when you buy BP gas and a lower % on all other sales.

So for me it is a MUCH better deal than Air Miles
as I get a $25.00 BP gas card for ''''Free'''' 2-3-4+X a year.

    No yearly fee,
poor interest rate - but that done not apply to me (read above)

    YMMV.

I have a BP card too. I researched them and found that BP and Discover had similar cash back policies. I chose BP because I wasn't sure if everyone too Discover??

This might be a little off topic, but I buy my gas at the Walmart gas station. I put money on a gift card and use it at the pump. I get $.3 off a gallon by doing that.

Figured it was cheaper than putting it on a credit card. :)
