Recalled Candy

    Just saw a story on CNN that most of recalled candy gold Coins Have been recalled and hopefully will not be in circulation. This candy was recalled because of Melamine. Thought I'd just post this in case any children get these gold foil wrapped coins. Please check if they are made in China.8)

    My kids are not big candy eaters, but love to go trick-or-treating. My husband is the candy eater at our house. I bought a bag of candy with 175 pc and he's already ate half the bag. I had to hide the bag so we could give some to the trick-or-treaters!

    Already ate most of the candy myself. :ack: Looks like I'll be going out to buy more.

    Every time I hear someone talking about those chocolate gold coins it reminds me of the episode of Everyone Loves Raymond, he mistakenly gave his "coins" to the trick-or-treaters, I was rolling on the floor with this episode.

    We received some gold coin chocolates at the hayride at Clayton Community Park last Friday night.
