I can't use my key pad on my laptop. I hit the keys and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Look on the back of the unit. Give me the exact Model, Tag or PN # or any number that identify's it specifically. The general model number will help but the specific number will help better.

Also, look on your keyboard, there are some with color numbers, letters and icons. They are controled by the 'FN' key. You hold down the 'FN' key and then press the symbol to use the function. See if you turned on the 'number' keypad by accident. It will be a "FN" and one of the 'F' keys at the top. (The symbol will look like a number keypad) If you turned on the number keypad some units turn off all the other keys.

While your using the FN key, be careful, remember which ones you pushed. If you get in trouble repeat the same key pushes and it will come back.
