Wanted to let everyone know that 3 sports have posted their summer camp information on our athletic website.

Baseball camp will run June 15-18.
Volleyball camp June 16-19.
Girls' baskeball camp June 22-25.

I have not heard mention about West holding a soccer camp. I'm going to BUMP this thread every Monday.

The GCAA will be holding several as well! Thanks for the info!

 

I am interested in a program like that but that week does not work for us. Does anyone know if another highschool offers a similar baseball camp?

Wrestling Camp!!!

West is having an elementary and middle school wrestling camp June 16th thru 19th from 1:00 - 5:00. The cost is 75 dollars. Registration is Saturday June 14th from 10-12 outside the wrestling room.

This year they will have several clinicians with state and national experience. It will be an excellent opportunity to get started. It is open to 3rd through 8th graders and ninth graders who did not wrestle last year.

dont they usually offer football? my oldest attended a few years ago.

 

They usually do. It is normally held in mid to late July as football season draws near. I have not received notification from Coach Jones about his camp yet. Another one is Boys basketball, they usually do something but haven't heard mention of it yet.

 

No reply from Coach Jones and football yet.

Soccer camp is in the works, Coach Sweat has informed me of his intention to put one on. I'll let you guys know as soon as I know.

Baseball and Volleyball begin next week. Coach Jacobs will be in the main gym, Sunday accepting late registrations for baseball camp.

bringing back an old thread. Can anyone tell me if they do the baseball camp (or any of them) for kids, or is this for adults only? looking for a baseball camp for my 7 yo son.

 

Baseball camp if for KIDS 5-14 years of age.
