Would anyone be interested in a coupon exchange? We could meet once a week to trade unwanted coupons. I'm a regular on a Disney fan site and we have a coupon train. Once a week, everyone mails unwanted coupons to their person. When you receive your envelope, you take out what you want, add what you don't need, then send to your person the next week.
I would be very interested BUT I don't have any stockpiled right now. I've been sharing them with my mom's cleaning lady. When I get some saved up I would love to do it though.
let me know when y'all set something up, i truly do not have time to do the couponing now but have passed those duties on to future dil and she is awesome - last weekend i made my list of what i needed and she took it and gave me the coupons to go along with it - she rocks:hurray: She is really getting into it now so she will probably be interested.
Faye is having another class at JCC on July 14th (I think that's the right date). I've never been to her class but I think I just might go this time. Do you think you DIL would be interested in going with me?
i am sure - i bought her the book and DVD - let me know the exact date and i will pass it along to her with your phone number.
Faye Prosser (?). She's a local that started coupon classes a few yrs ago and now she's kinda famous for it. She's been on WRAL several times lately talking about couponing, just the other night she was on talking about how to have a coupon swap.
Oh, I saw her on the news once. I thought it was strange that she was repeating phrases from some other chat sites that I'm a member of.....mostly a Disney fan site that has a budget board. They have a "coupon train" that has been going for years. There is also a really nice CVS insider who posts the next weeks ads along with links to printable coupons.
I can't go on July 14th  I've gotten out of q-poning (sp), but I need to get my tail back on track!
I have as well...to a certain degree. I have my binder still set up but I just use my little thing now because I am slack. Anybody who is interested in my binder I purchased, pm me for a good price!

Oh my! I didn't know she was profiting off what I thought was common sense budgeting. What a clever idea!! Since I frequent many money saving sites, I just assumed it was common knowledge. Hmmm, now my wheels are turning. I wonder if I could teach classes on saving money on Disney vacations or forecasting Target's markdown schedule?
