I hope you never have a need to take I-95 in or out of the state since you say you will never pay a toll.

 

I'm not as concerned about how other states pay their bills since I live in NC.

 

The feds have approved NC to put tolls on I-95.

 

Only because they weren't going to foot the bill.

 

There should be three booths. One at the VA-NC border, one at the NC-SC border and one at the 40/95 interchange. Other than that, they should give NC'ers a break. They probably won't, however. I got a feeling that with all the toll green lights, anything that bypasses or flows freely from one point to another will wind up tolled.
