I keep meaning to tell you how great it is to see you on WRAL!!:hurray::hurray::hurray: I wore out Lowe's and Krogers today. :mrgreen: My freezer is bursting with chicken and burger. I even browned five pounds of burger and froze it for later use. Fixed homemade chicken parm for dinner tonight with that 1.89 Tyson chicken breast and using that Ragu that was on sale for 2 for $3, and had that coupon for $1.25 off 3. Cheap eats and it was GOOD!! Got enough for leftovers tomorrow. :jester:

Hey, how much is the beef & chicken on sale for at Lowes? We usually catch Lowes chicken at .99 a lb. Is that what it is now? How much is beef? We use 5 lbs. of beef typically in a meal so always looking for a great buy w/ beef. Sounds like very good eats at your house! Just a side note, if you use a lot of veggies & fruit & eat them fast(as in our house), Lowes foods reduced rack is really a good source. Have to look through it though. Some not as good as others. They mark produce down to .59 a lb everyday. We've never had a problem w/ any of it. At the checkout they thought we were nuts but sure enough, my kids ate 72 apples in 3 days. Faye, love the deals you find! And thanks for sharing. We are very fortunate to have a savings expert in our own neighborhood. I've managed to be able to cook most meals for a dollar a person or less. And since we'll have 3 more kids soon, I need even more savings. Keep up the great work Faye and thanks again. Lowe's has their sale ad online if you want to take a peek, I believe the bone in breasts were very cheap, but that sale is probably going off tonight (less than a 1.00/lb.). Like I posted, Kroger had Tyson boneless skinless breast for 1.89/lb, both of them had burger for the same price.
