    PG, freezer preserves are so easy!! Hull strawberries, add pectin, add sugar, stir for 3 minutes, put in containers. EASY!!!!!!

    I'm going to try making some you home-can i if I can get more strawberries this week. I'd love to have some shelf-stable ones for gift giving.

    Where is the best place to buy pectin at? Also, where in the store is it located? Thanks!

    Wallyworld is where I got mine. It's back where the pudding, etc is in the baking goods isle, top shelf. There are different kinds, instant for freezer preserves (what I used), liquid and regular. They are made by a couple different companies, but I used Ball. :cheers:
