def not TAG, I had to go to dealer to get it done but I had issues. its a slippery slope if there is something major. mine ended up $$ 4K+
We use Carwell Automotive on Crooked Creek Rd. in Clayton, he always been very fair to us. There was a time recently that he could have told me I needed an entire new electrical wiring harness and i would have believed it, but it was just replacing the 2 battery terminals that fixed the problem. Its not a pretty shop with a fancy waiting area with free coffee or nuthin', but he is honest and fair.
i have used TAG for some things but last year i got Brian at Brian's Automotive on Cleveland School Road to work on my AC and he did a great job at a great price - i was very happy with his work (he was actually still working out of the garage behind his house then before moving to his new shop)
Got my cycle worked on by Art, with Brian's Auto. Purrs like a kitten, accelerates like a scalded cat. Great work, fair price, timely repairs.
Brian is awesome. Did some maintenance work on one of ours a couple weeks ago (belt, plugs, etc). So nice to have work done and not have the mechanic create more problems than he solves. :cheers::cheers::cheers: Last guy I used managed to damage the pulley changing the belt. Sucker came OFF while crossing Hwy 70. I was not a happy camper. Took it back, they "worked" on it again and long story short, it took three trips and more money out of my pocket to get it resolved. I can't recommend Brian highly enough.
Yes, he's got an award winning scoot himself. His suggestion to me this morning was to fill the tank and go for a ride...Great advice. So, I did.
