Solar eclipse glasses

    I wonder how many of the solar eclipse glasses that made a mark in history today, will find themselves in the county landfill.

    I plan on using mine again in 7 years!!

    Hopefully I won't sit on a tarmac most of the next one!

    This is why I viewed it through a pinhole viewer I made out of a recycled box. Commercialism and convenience will ruin this world.

    Hopefully, more people will donate them. Astronomers Without Borders (https://astronomerswithoutborders.org/) will be announcing their Eclipse Glasses Redistribution Program soon. That's where we'll be sending ours.
