Actually the webmaster can change it for you without losing your post count. I'm not saying he will, but it's possible and fairly easy for him to do. If you do want it changed, you might ask. The worst he might do is say "no".
Yep, he is good about that. I figured he would, but didn't want to speak for him. Just one word of caution, though. If you have the forum to automatically log in, it won't work for the first time after the name is changed (but will after that, if you check the box). So, if you don't remember your password, you might mention that to the webmaster too.

I joined back when the forum first started. Back when webbie had signs out at the intersection of 4042. I read, occasionally, but never posted.
Joined in July of 2005. Seldom post but do a lot of reading when time permits. I suppose I would qualify as a lurker. Have never been anyone else.

incorrect time I dont really know when I joined,(Just checked May 05) like most of you I was a lurker at first but you all know how addicting this can be, I love all the helpfull and careing folks out there and dont plan on going any where or changing my name, I chose granola acres mayor because every one in my subdivision seems to be Fruits, Flakes or NUTS!!! and they come to me with some of the craziest questions! i just thought it was suitable. ( wow i can sure ramble on). \ oh yeah! does any one know why the date and time is incorrect on the post's?
I joined a little over a year ago. A friend told me to come on here and read a thread she was involved in, and of course I had to start posting immediately and haven't stopped since! I'm so addicted I have to keep checking back, even when I have way too many things to do. I posted as "guest" a couple of times before you had to register to post. The first time was Easter Sunday of 2005, and it led to my finding the church I belong to now, and I will be forever grateful to the person who suggested I check it out, but I don't remember the person's screen name, so I don't know who it was, but thank you, whoever you are! I post on a couple of blogs under a different name, but I've never used any other name on here.
Been a member since December 2004, but prior did a lot of reading before deciding to join. I go through spells as far as being on here. When I was able to access the site from work, was on here more than I am now. Sometimes when I come home, just don't feel like getting on the computer that much. Miss chatting with everyone, but seems like there just isn't enough hours in the day to do everything.
