Updated Hair Dresser infor (REALLY good with highlights and cut)

i have seen two girls lately that i loved their hair, perfect highlight balance and they both said they go to Amanda who just recently moved into the new Lowe's Food Center. Anyone know anything about Amanda or heard of her???

 

I know Amanda, her name is Amanda Ames and she is a great friend of mine. She does not do my hair, but she does great hair...I have seen her work (for many years beside my hair girl) and she does great work. And she is crazy funny too. She just moved to Head Quarters Hair Salon beside the new Lowe's Foods. The number is posted on the first part of this thread, I think.

 

I recommend Chenoa Morgan at Studio 312 662-5312. She is great. They are located at the Ashley Turner Plaza.

All these people I've referred, I'm still waiting on a FREE hair do or something. :lol:

 

Jenny Boykin all the way! She asks all the right questions to help grt you the cut and color you want. Love her!

I just saw this question!!! I go to Amanda and she does my cut and color. I LOVE her!!! She does fantastic as far as me liking how it turns out, honestly she is the only one that I followed when she moved somewhere since I moved here in '96.

 

Has anyone been to the Jen at Salon 42 (next to Dairy Queen, I think thats the name of it). Someone recommended her to me (and I think they said she is the owner), but I haven't seen her name come up anywhere in this thread and thought I would ask.

 

she isn't the owner, Heidi is, that much I know. There is a Jennifer there, my hairdresser just left there and opened the one on 42 beside Marco's, Studio 312, Jennifer stayed booked, and she has been around forever, I am sure she is good too.

I just made an appointment at Headquarters with Michelle. I have never been to her and went with the recommendations on this thread. I must admit, I am very nervous. Any words of encouragement (or not) are appreciated.
