well how did you think the Easley's were going to pay back their trips. Kind of sounds like they are double dipping in the state coffers.. Let's face it Mike Easley can not run for a third term as governor. I guess they are looking to fund their retirement. She gets the raise but our teachers can not earn the national average in wages.
