    hmmm....
what part do you find negative?

The fact that she's a criminal in JoCo, or the fact that the Johnston County law caught her and WRAL broadcast it?

I for one applaud the fact that they caught her!
Get that crap (meth) off the streets! ...atta boy...way to go!

I agree with you, but I was referring to the fact that there is so much negative stuff being reported out of Johnston County lately. Between this and the shootings and the not long ago sad, teen car accidents ......surely you must agree with me on this.

I agree God'schild. There is so much bad stuff in the news these days around here. Starting to sound more like Wake County. I'd guess its because the county is growing so much. With such a larger population increase we have to expect more wrecks and crimes...
I grew up in small one stoplight towns in Harnett Co. just outside of JoCo. I remember the last town when I was a preteen, we only had one policeman who walked his beat most of the time though the town did have one police car, lol. There was hardly ever any real crime.
    Oh, you're bringing back memories.
Like the Dukes of Hazzard (1 Z or 2?), there were those who liked to have fun with that policeman (such as my Dad). I remember him telling the story of when he was a wild country boy and the night he caught the policeman sleeping in his car near the graveyard. He hooked a chain to the car's bumper and a barn/shed, got back in his car and revved the motor til the policeman woke up and tried to take off after him but just couldn't seem to get his car to go.
I guess that was a crime too though wasn't it? And guys, Harnett Co. had its share of Moonshine too!

I agree, there has been a lot of negitive press with regards to JoCo lately. With the increase in population, the saging economy, etc, there is a natural rise in crime. It's a unfortunate aspect of growth. I'm glad they did catch them, thou.
